the same as yesterday's! So if you want to change the way you feel,
act or behave - you need to change the way you think.
I love that famous quote: If you always think what you've always
thought, then you'll always get what you've always got.
Instead of thinking, "I can't." Begin to think, "I can."
Instead of thinking, "I'll never be able to do this." Begin to think,
"I'll take one step towards where I want to go, today."
Instead of thinking, "Things will never get better." Begin to think,
"I'm expecting something good to happen in my situation!"
